Reducing govt. interference in economy main priority at TCCIMA gathering


(MENAFN) The 91st gathering of the dialogue council of the administration and the Tehran Province’s private industry was hosted on Wednesday, in which methods of declining the administration’s interference in the nation’s economy were one of the main subjects.

The gathering was joined by Governor-General of Tehran Province Alireza Fakhari as well as TCCIMA chief Masoud Khansari, in addition to the officials of the district’s private industry, the portal of Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture (TCCIMA) mentioned in a report.

Throughout the meeting, the administration and private sector officials discussed many problems, such as declining import tariffs as well as the permission process of items needed in the sector of veterinary medicine as well as animal health.

Also, in this gathering, Fakhari stressed that the level of administration interventions in the economy need to be declined.

He urged on the chamber to build an operating group to follow and research the problems created in the TCCIMA gathering in order to reach positive outcomes.
