Russians Hit Kherson Region 68 Times In Past Day, Injuring Eight Civilians

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Over the past day, Russian troops struck Kherson region 68 times with mortars, artillery, tanks, and MLRS.

As Deputy Head of the President's Office Kyrylo Tymoshenko posted on telegram , the Russians targeted residential neighborhoods, private houses, apartment blocks, and other buildings in Kherson city.

Eight civilians were injured in the shelling.

As reported, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy holds defense in Kherson direction. Tank and artillery attacks on the areas of Beryslav, Kozatske, Antonivka, Komyshany, Dniprovske, and Veletenske settlements in Kherson region and the outskirts of Kherson city were recorded.
