(MENAFN- UkrinForm) Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba called the explosion of an envelope at the Embassy of Ukraine in Spain an attack on a diplomatic mission and a terrorist attack. 'This is a very serious incident. This is an attack on a diplomatic mission, which is protected by international law, so the Spanish police now conduct an investigation. We treat it as carefully as possible,' Kuleba said live on facebook .
Kuleba also informed that the commandant had already returned to the embassy and was given medical assistance, there is no threat to his life.
'When a perpetrator of this terrorist attack is established, we will take all measures so that this person or these people are punished severely,' the minister noted.
