Panel Discussion: 16 Days Against Violence


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) On November 25, at 11:00, a panel discussion will be held on the topic: '16 days against violence.'

Organizers: Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.Speakers: Oksana Zholnovych (Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine); Kateryna Pavlichenko (Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine); Pavlo Zamostian (UNFPA in Ukraine); Olena Vykhor (Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine); Maryna Bardina (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine).

For reference, on November 25, the All-Ukrainian action '16 days against violence' kicks off. On the eve of November 1, the Istanbul Convention entered into force in Ukraine. Speakers will answer questions related to combating domestic and gender-based violence, talk about trends, projects, policies and support mechanisms implemented by the state in war conditions. Participants of the discussion panel will answer journalists' questions.

The format of the event is offline (Hall 1).

Journalists will be able to ask questions offline (Hall 1) and in the chat of the YouTube broadcast.

Journalists are requested to arrive half an hour before the event.

Accreditation of media representatives will be carried out before the event at the agency.
