Doha: InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa celebrates the success of Stefan Sigmund, Front Office Manager (pictured), for winning the highly commended award for Concierge and Guest Services Person of the Year at the Hotelier Middle East Awards 2022.
Known for his willingness to go above and beyond for guests, Sigmund has been a part of the InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa team for the past four years.
He joined the team as the Manager on Duty where he had a significant impact on guest experience metrics before achieving the title of Assistant Front Office Manager, and in a relatively short period, was named Front Office Manager this year. Sigmund is also the only Doha-based hotelier to have received a recognition at this year's event.

The Hotelier Middle East Awards reward the often-unrecognised individuals that make the region's hotels some of the very best in the world.

The awards took place on September 8 at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, where more than 500 professionals attended to celebrate the greatest success stories of the year.
