Partial Closure On Corniche Street For Two Days

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has announced a two-day closure on Al Corniche Street, between Sharq Intersection and Al Meena Intersection, to traffic coming from Sharq Intersection Friday and Saturday.
Traffic will be routed to Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya Street and A-Ring Road. The closure will be implemented in co-ordination with the General Directorate of Traffic to complete Al Corniche Street upgrade works, Ashghal said. During the closure, road users heading for Al Meena Intersection from C-Ring Road should turn left towards A-Ring Road Street and use Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya Street or Grand Hamad Street. Road users coming from Al Wakra and Hamad International Airport via Ras Bu Abboud Street towards Al Corniche Street can continue on the Sharq Intersection Bridge towards A-Ring Road, then use Ali Bin Amur Al Attiya Street or Grand Hamad Street and follow traffic diversion signs to reach their destinations.
