Kuwaiti Karate Player Abdullah Shaaban Wins Bronze In Mohammad Int'l Cup
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) RABAT, May 15 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti champion Abdullah Shaaban won on Sunday the bronze medal in the Mohammad VI International Karate Cup held in Rabat, Morocco.
This important achievement comes after defeating Italian player Di Falco in the 60 kg division considering the participation of the best 100 players around the world in the championship.
Kuwait National team player Salman Al-Moussawi, who is also participating in the competitions, in a statement to KUNA, said: 'Our participation comes to enhance our international classification,' noting that the level of karate in Kuwait is growing, as shown in the Arabian, continental and international tournaments.
