Moderate Weather To Prevail Countrywide On Monday

Amman, May 9 (Petra) -- Temperatures on Monday are forecast to slightly rise and become around seasonal average, bringing moderate weather almost countywide while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Clouds will appear at medium and high altitudes, with northwesterly moderate dust-causing winds in the Badia regions.
Similar weather will persist on Tuesday and Wednesday despite a slight drop in temperatures, with clouds at medium altitudes and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added.
Today, mercury in Amman will range between 29 degrees Celsius and 15C at night, while the port city of Aqaba will see a high of 36C, sliding to 21C during night hours.
