Qatar - Real estate trading volume exceeds QR340m in week

The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from January 9 to 13, reached QR340.9m.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department showed that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, multi-purpose vacant lands, multi-purpose building, an apartment building, and an apartment compound.

Sales were concentrated in Al Wakrah, Umm Slal, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Khor, Al Shamal and Al Dakhira municipalities.

In the previous weekly bulletin of the real estate trading volume for the period from January 2 to 6, 2021, the trading volume amounted to QR186.8m.
