Benjamin Attia is a clean energy markets and off-grid energy access researcher ​with subject-matter expertise in international photovoltaic markets and policy implementation frameworks, particularly in emerging economies; off-grid and mini-grid business models, particularly community-based finance and long-term O & M; and solar's place in wholesale and retail electricity markets. He completed his Master of Energy & Environmental Policy from the Center for Energy & Environmental Policy at the University of Delaware.
