DexKo Global Inc. completes acquisition of Brink International

("DexKo"), a global leader in highly engineered trailer running gear, chassis assemblies and related components, has completed the acquisition of European towbar solutions specialist Brink International. This strategic acquisition enables its subsidiary AL-KO Vehicle Technology Group ("AL-KO") to expand its product portfolio as well as its operations footprint and to give access to new adjacent end markets in order to continue the group's strong growth trajectory .
