Turkey, Hungary to develop tourism, trade activities


(MENAFN) Turkey and Hungary improved tourism and trade activities since 2013, with a target of USD6B mutual trade rate.

The trade volume amid Hungary and Turkey increased by 55 percent in the last decade stated a report published by the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK).

Tourism and trade activities amid both countries improved considerably since then, development especially started accelerating in 2013 when a Strategic Cooperation Council was established, and mutual development especially started accelerating in 2013 when a Strategic Cooperation Council was set.

The amount of direct investment from Turkey to Hungary also improved from USD100 million to USD2 billion in the last five years.
