Jordan extends condolences over Haiti earthquake victims
(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Aug. 16 (Petra) --The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Monday expressed its deepest condolences and sympathy to the government and people of Haiti over the victims of the deadly earthquake that hit the country's coasts, killing hundreds, injuring and displacing thousands of people, and causing heavy property damage.
In a statement, the ministry voiced Jordan's solidarity with Haiti over this "painful" tragedy, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
