PM attends closing of Qatar Grand Prix

(MENAFN- Gulf Times) HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani attended the closing of the Barwa Grand Prix of Qatar, the first round of the 2021 FIM MotoGP World Championship, which was held at Losail International Circuit Sunday evening.






HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister also paid a visit to Qatar Motorsports Academy where he was briefed on the various programmes of the academy and the simulators equipped with the latest technology to host digital motorsports. The event was attended by a number of ministers, President of the International Motorcycling Federation (FIM) Jorge Viegas, a number of heads of federations and guests, amid Covid-19 precautionary measures.
