talabat Jordan Expands its Services in the Kingdom Reaching Salt and Madaba

(MENAFN- Asda'a BCW) talabat Jordan, the largest online food delivery platform in the Middle East, recently announced the official expansion of its services into the areas of Salt and Madaba, as well as Ramtha and the Bani Obeid district, which are located within the governorate of Irbid.

talabat Jordan’s expansion into these cities and governorates, will allow more customers than ever before to enjoy quick and reliable delivery services for meals and products from their favorite restaurants and stores directly to their doorstep through the talabat app. As the leading food and grocery delivery service in the Kingdom, talabat prides itself on offering the best in convenience and affordability, as well as around-the-clock provision of services (which will resume following the lift of the current government-mandated curfews). The app allows customers to track the status of their order in real-time and offers multiple payment methods including cash, most major credit and debit cards, e-wallets, and talabat credit, for greater ease and convenience.

Commenting on this occasion, Hala Siraj, Managing Director of talabat Jordan, said: “We couldn’t be prouder of this expansion, which represents an important step towards our goal to change the online food and grocery ordering and delivery scene in Jordan. There has been a huge shift in people’s lifestyle over the last few years, and especially throughout 2020, as consumers are increasingly relying on technology, speed, and convenience-driven services, which will serve to increase the momentum the sector is currently witnessing and continue to accelerate the development of the delivery industry during the next few years. In line with this, talabat plans to continue pushing investments and strategic expansionary moves to further encourage the growth of the sector, ensuring that it remains an effective economic arm.”

Siraj indicated that talabat Jordan is working to enhance its presence throughout the Kingdom, focusing its efforts in particular on sustainable growth in cooperation with its expanded network of restaurants and stores. The company will also concentrate on providing more income-generating job opportunities for a larger number of people, becoming an important part of the fabric of consumers’ daily lives across the Kingdom.

As an appreciation bonus for its customers, talabat Jordan will offer free delivery on orders during the first period of its operation in the new cities and governorates it has expanded into. As it is customary to talabat’s customer-base in Amman, Irbid, Zarqa and Aqaba – the people of Salt, Madaba, Ramtha, and Bani Obeid district will also benefit from the regular campaigns, promotions, and rewards that talabat Jordan offers throughout the year, in addition to the discounts that are provided directly from the network of affiliate restaurants and stores.
