Turkey inaugurates Aselsan branch in Qatar
(MENAFN)On Tuesday, the company declared that Turkey's defense giant Aselsan inaugurated a branch in Qatar.
Turkey's Public Disclosure Platform stated that the branch, named ASELSAN Elektronik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. QSTP-B, was inaugurated "to support its increasing activities in Qatar."
Turkey and Qatar have strong ties in different fields including economy, politics and defense.
Founded in 1975 to convene the communication requirements of the Turkish Armed Forces by national means, Aselsan is the main defense company of Turkey and amid the top 100 defense firms in the world.
