Qatar- Met Dept warns of poor visibility Wednesday night
(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Department of Meteorology Wednesday warned of poor horizontal visibility at places by late Wednesday night. In its daily weather report, the Met Dept said weather inshore Wednesday night until 6am Thursday will be misty to foggy at places by with some clouds.
Offshore, it will be scattered clouds and hazy at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 10 knot becoming variable less than 05 knot by late night.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly at a speed of 05 to 15 knot, gusting to 20 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8km or 2km or less at places by late night.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 4 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 6 feet at times.
