Qatar- MME educates its 500 workers about COVID-19 measures

(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) represented by the Public Relations Department educated about 500 workers, drivers and technicians of Mechanical Equipment Department about COVID-19 measures.

This came during phase 1 security and safety campaign which was launched by the MME in cooperation with Qatar Red Crescent Society (QRCS).

The participants received information and practical training in English and Urdu languages at their work sites on how to prevent themselves and other from coronavirus.

The participants in the campaign acquired a number of skills and concepts related to security and safety, considering that safety and health is not just a commitment to instructions, but rather a behavior that an individual acquires, interacts and coexists with to address the pandemic.

The specialists and trainers from the Qatar Red Crescent Society provided detailed explanation on how to to confront such emergency disasters and rapid response to them.
