Ukraine- Ukrtransnafta increased oil transportation in January-October 2020

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) JSC Ukrtransnafta transported 13.2 million tonnes of oil in January-October 2020, which is 4.9% higher compared to the relevant period last year, the company's press service reports.

'The volume of oil transportation to Ukrainian oil refineries in January-October 2020 is 2.2 million tonnes (9.8% more than in the relevant period in 2019), and oil transit - 11.1 million tonnes (4% more than in the relevant period in 2019),' reads the report.

In October 2020, Ukrtransnafta transported 1.4 million tonnes of oil, which is 3.5% less than in October 2019.

The volume of oil transit operations through the territory of Ukraine decreased by 7.3%, up to 1.2 million tonnes of oil. However, the volume of oil transportation to Ukraine's refineries grew by 19%, up to 250.8 thousand tonnes of oil. Of these, the company transported 113.3 thousand tonnes of Ukrainian oil and 137.5 thousand tonnes of Azerbaijani (Azeri) oil to refineries.
