U.S. CDC urges people against liner travel
(MENAFN)
On Saturday, Nov. 21, people were urged to avoid cruise ship travels by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) due to the high risk of coronavirus on liners.
The CDC stated in a declaration on its website: "for most travelers, cruise ship travel is voluntary and should be rescheduled for a future date."
The agency quoted "very high" danger of coronavirus on cruise ships, elevating its warning to Level 4 from Level 3. It urged liner passengers to go through a test three to four days following the travel and stay at home for seven days although with negative test results.
