306 new COVID-19 infections in Palestine


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Ramallah, July 7 (Petra) –– The Palestinian Health Ministry said Tuesday that 306 new cases of coronavirus were recorded across the Israeli-occupied West Bank during the last 24 hours.
It said in a statement that the infections were 278 cases in Hebron, 8 in Arab East Jerusalem, 8 in Bethlehem, 4 in Tulkarem, 6 in Ramallah and El-Bireh and 2 in Nablus.
The ministry said that 23 COVID-19 cases remained in intensive care, including 6 connected to ventilators.
The Ministry also confirmed that 3 patients have recovered in the Nablus Governorate, adding that the total number of active coronavirus cases was 4,402, the number of recoveries is 668 and the death toll stood at 22.
