Free Qatar Total Open tickets for 100 Doha Metro users


(MENAFN- The Peninsula) Doha: Hundred tennis fans, who can present a Doha Metro travel card at the ticket counter, will get free ticket to watch some of the top women tennis players in action.

Seven of the WTA''s top 10 will take to the courts in Doha for the first Premier 5 event on the 2020 calendar. Qatar Total Open kicks off tomorrow at the Khalifa Tennis Complex.

Doha Metro announced on Twitter that 100 fans will get free tickets for the tennis matches if they show their Metro travel card at the ticket counter.

The offer is valid only for first 100 fans for four days February 23 to 26.

Metro commuters can use the Red Line and get down at the Corniche to reach the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex where the tournament is taking place.

''The first 100 people to present their Doha Metro Travel Card at the Khalifa International Tennis ticket counter on 23, 24, 25 and 26th February will get free access to a tennis match., Doha Metro tweeted.

The same offer was given during the Qatar ExxonMobil Open tennis tournament last month.

"Don''t waste your time looking for parking. Use the metro and be the first in court. We invite you to check our website or app for last train information," Doha Metro had tweeted then.
