Kuwait Parliament Speaker cables Australian counterpart on forests fires
(MENAFN- Kuwait News Agency (KUNA)) KUWAIT, Jan 7 (KUN) -- Speaker of the National Assembly Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim on Tuesday sent two cables of condolences to the Speaker of Australian Parliament and Head of the Senate Council.
Al-Ghanim expressed in the cables his deepest condolences over the victims of the continuos fires raging in various forests in Australia, resulting in many casualties destroying public facilities.
Al-Ghanim expressed hope that Australian people would overcome this natural disaster and its consequences. (end)
