Jeddah Governor to Inaugurate Dakar Rally Saudi Arabia 2020 Next Saturday
(MENAFN- Saudi Press Agency) Jeddah, January 2, 2020, SPA -- Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jeddah, will inaugurate on next Saturday, the Dakar Rally Saudi Arabia 2020, in the presence of Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Sports Authority, which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The rally will start from Jeddah to the North through the Red Sea Project and NEOM, then pass Hail on the road that descends towards Riyadh, then the rally will head towards the West in the middle of the Kingdom's desert, before returning East to Al-Ahsa, to enter The Rub' Al-Khali then to the finish line in Qiddiya.
The rally extends over a distance of more than 7500 km of the vast desert of the Kingdom.
