5 activists killed in Afghanistan

Hanif Rezai, Afghan army spokesman in the northern region, said that 5 activists died after the government forces launched an airstrike on Taliban hideouts in Chamtal district of the northern Balkh province on Tuesday.
3 more activists were injured in the operation.
The official added that no military officials or civilians were injured in the raids.
Taliban has not made a comment as of yet
