(MENAFN) On Tuesday, at least two were murdered and six wounded as a result of an explosion that hit Quetta city of Pakistan's southwest Balochistan province, police emphasized.
The Police Station House Officer in the area informed media that the explosion occurred in a shop at the Haideri Market situated beside the Mission Road of Quetta, the provincial capital of Balochistan.
The shop was completely damaged as a result of the explosion, and caused losses to several others.
Police and rescue squads were sent quickly to the location of the blast and pulled out the bodies and the wounded from the rubbles and delivered them to a nearby hospital to receive the needed medical treatment.
