Falcon heavy rocket mission launched


(MENAFN) Carrying a mixture of cargo from 24 different satellites to human ashes, SpaceX has launched its Falcon Heavy rocket in one of its most challenging missions, launched from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in the early on the morning; the mission - called the STP-2 for Space test Program " places were taken for material from different companies, including a deep space atomic clock, rocket fuel test-bed from NASA, a solar sail from the planetary society and celestis Inc, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and Air Force Research Laboratory also reserved spots.
The mission is considered to be one of the most complicated missions for SpaceX, is the third for the Falcon Heavy, but is the first ordered by the US Department of Defense, it"s going to take a numerous hours to discharge all 24 satellites aboard, as they need to be divided into three different orbits - a task that requires several launches from upper-stage engines.
The mission carries the remains of 152 people counting Bill Pogue, who worked aboard NASA's first space station, guaranteed a place on the massive rocket.
