Saudi Arabia grants USD1m financial aid to ICAO
(MENAFN) Financial aid valued at USD1 million was extended to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) by Saudi Arabia.
King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud donated the amount which will be directed for the current ICAO "No Country Left Behind" initiative.
ICAO is offering through the initiative help for improving the international effective implementation of ICAO's standards and policies.
Back in 2016, Saudi Arabia granted USD1 million to the organization to assists it in improving civil aviation safety and security in the Middle East and Africa.
