Oman- 337,227 avail subsidised fuel
(MENAFN- Muscat Daily) Muscat- Statistics from the National Subsidy System showed that 337,227 citizens have registered to avail subsidised fuel till May 23.
Of these 86 per cent were males and the rest were females. Employees accounted for 64 per cent of the total number of beneficiaries of the system, followed by 12 per cent job seekers.
Beneficiaries in North and South Batinah ranked first in the subsidised fuel consumption index at 32.7 per cent.
