UK hospital responsible for death of little boy

(MENAFN) A mother, whose son died for not receiving a life-saving blood test, declared that she'll "never forgive" the hospital.

Callum Cartlidge, at the age of eight, has died after sustaining a cardiac arrest at his house in Redditch, Worcestershire.

A coroner confirmed that granting the blood test to Callum, who had been suffering of an undiagnosed rare disease, was "a failure to provide basic medical care".

The coroner added that the hospital could've saved the boy if they gave them the test blood.
