(MENAFN) Six members of IS terrorist group were confirmed dead on Saturday amid an operation the Iraqi military commenced in Salahudin.
Iraq's Defense Ministry announced army forces to have been able to wipe out hideouts belonging to IS terrorists during the raid.
A raid was launched in an abandoned house under the conviction that IS terrorists used it as a hideout in the central province, the Defense Ministry affirmed.
It further added that forces seized three explosive vests as well as six roadside bombs during the mission.
