Larson Electronics Releases 600V Explosion Proof Fused Disconnect, (3) 225A Fuses, (3) NPT Hubs

This 3-pole unit comes with fast-acting fuses and has three 225-amp 600V fuses and three NPT hubs. This disconnect provides an instant response to surges and electrical spikes making it ideal for use in flammable work sites.

The EPFSD-225A-3P-3X225A.600V-FA explosion proof fused disconnect is sensitive to electrical pulses, which provides protection when working with sensitive equipment. The switch/breaker is made of cast aluminum and stainless-steel cover bolts. The outside On/Off lever can be locked into 'On' or 'Off' position with room for up to three padlocks for extra security. Extra protection is provided via a gasketed flange with O-ring on the side of the bolt circle.

Larson Electronics' explosion proof fused disconnect features three NPT hubs for completing electrical connections. Two 3' hubs are located on the top and one 0.5' hub is located on the bottom with a wire size compatibility of #2-600MCM. This unit can be mounted to flat surfaces.

This unit is rated for use in Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups C and D; Class I, Zones 1 and 2, Groups IIB and IIA; Class II, Divisions 1 and 2, Groups E, F, and G; and Class III hazardous locations. This fused disconnect is suitable for use with sensitive equipment, electronics, LED light systems, computers, chemical plants, and facilities where hazardous materials may be stored.
