Turkey to raise public spending in energy, mining
(MENAFN) Turkey will boost its annual public spending by 15.3 percent for energy and mining sectors this year.
A presidential decree was issued with the announcement on Monday, affirming that Turkey will allocate an increased amount for energy and mining initiatives.
Around 104 projects in the energy sector will receive the funds along with 49 projects within the mining sector.
However, most of the amount was unveiled to be going for the Turkish Petroleum Pipeline Corporation (BOTAS).
