S. African gang attacks, steals Turkish Airlines staff
(MENAFN) Turkish Airlines team members were unveiled to have been assaulted in South Africa's Johannesburg and stolen from.
Turkish Ambassador to South Africa Elif Comoglu Ulgen unveiled the incident on Friday while speaking to Anadolu Agency.
According to the ambassador, the airline's crew was in in a hotel heading for a shuttle to reach the airport when they suffered an assault and robbery.
The envoy stressed: "it was unfortunate incident. They took their valuables, but the crew was later taken care of and they flew back to Turkey."
