Sri Lanka- Court of Appeal postpones case on MR holding PM post
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The Court of Appeal has postponed the case filed against Mahinda Rajapaksa holding the post of Prime Minister or his cabinet holding office.
The case was taken up for hearing today by the Court of Appeal and was later postponed till January.
The Court of Appeal fixed the case for January 16, 17 and 18.
