Tessa Stowe, Happiness PathFinder, Reveals The Roadmap to Happiness on 180 Nutrition Podcast
(MENAFN- PRLog) Happiness Pathfinder, Tessa Stowe, was the featured guest on 180 Nutrition Podcast with host Stuart Cooke talking about The Roadmap to Happiness
Tessa Stowe BRISBANE, Australia - Nov. 28, 2018 - PRLog -- According to Stowe, unhappiness is rising. One of the reasons is that we are hooked into living in a 'State of Emergency.' Imagine a saber-tooth tiger is chasing you. All your energy and focus will be on survival. It's not the time to stop and smell the roses. The moment you outrun the saber-tooth tiger, you can chill, and your body will flip you naturally back into the 'Thrive and Be Happy State.' These two states are brilliant.
There is a small flaw in the system. The small flaw is that what triggers that 'State of Emergency' is your perception of something being life-threatening. Your perception may not be reality. There are an increasing number of false triggers that put you into that 'State of Emergency.' So much so that you stay there, and you are consequently unhappy.
When host Stuart Cooke asked about the steps in The Roadmap to Happiness, Stowe said one of the steps was consistently taking actions that are proven to lead to happiness. There's the crunch though. What are those proven actions? And how do you get yourself to do those actions?
That is where Happiness Recipes come in. These Recipes combine the actions proven by scientists to make you happy with the Tiny Habits method developed by the world's leading behaviour scientist, BJ Fogg. The Recipes are quick, easy, fun, effective and can fit into your day.
During the interview, Tessa gave a crash course on creating Happiness Recipes. She said that when the recipes are correctly crafted, you'll form habits that will make you happier.
During the interview, Stowe also talked about the impact of Social Media on happiness and said social media has a negative impact on your happiness if you approach it passively. Tessa said that if you're intentional, you can use social media to increase your happiness.
Stowe is the founder of "Saying YES to Happiness" and wants to see a world where we know that the most important thing we can do for ourselves, for our friends, for our family and for the world is be happy. Tessa is on a mission to teach the skill of happiness; to teach what will make us happy and how to quickly and easily incorporate those things into our daily lives. Tessa does this with Happiness Recipes which are the MISSING PIECE in the finding happiness puzzle.
