(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) will conclude their participation in the 11th edition of the Salon du Cheval in El Jadida, Morocco, today.
QREC is the Platinum Sponsor for the 2018 edition of the event, which is being held under the patronage of King Mohamed VI of Morocco.
The final day will see various activities and events in presence of the senior management of the Moroccan Royal Equestrian Federation led by Prince Abdellah Alaoui and the participating delegations representing 28 countries.
Today's programme will include the His Majesty King Mohammed VI International Show Jumping Grand Prix Competition and the final round of the His Majesty King Mohammed VI Tbourida Grand Prix.
The Salon has only developed one year after another in terms of the number of the participating countries, the scale of the associated events and competitions as well as the number and quality of horses in various equestrian disciplines.
QREC delegation to the 2018 edition of the Salon consisted of chairman Issa bin Mohamed al-Mohannadi, general manager Nasser bin Sherida al-Kaabi, Board member Khalid bin Mohamed al-Ali, Racing manager Abdulla bin Rashid al-Kubaisi, Riding and Training Section head Abdulrahman bin Mohamed Ali, Horse Show Section head Hassan bin Abdulla al-Mannai, and PR and Media Section head Jawaher Sultan al-Suwaidi.
