Jordan- JHCO receives Japanese grant


(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Jan. 10 (Petra)-Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) on Wednesday received a Japanese grant worth $64 thousand, as a part of Tokyo's humanitarian security grant program carried out by the Japanese embassy here.

The JHCO has procured tele-handling and storage equipment necessary to increase its repository capacity at its headquarters located in in the area of Al-Gabawi, the governorate of Zarqa.

The JHCO chief, Ayman Al-Mifleh, said the granted apparatus will help store extra stuff, like nutrition and education-oriented items, set to disseminated to select beneficiaries, which will improve their living standards.

He lauded Tokyo's efforts backing the JHCO's humanitarian role.
