Mazoon gives OMR28mn deal to build Oman's largest dairy project
(MENAFN) Mazoon Dairy Co., which is building Oman's biggest dairy project in Buraimi has awarded a main building work to Al Adrak Trading and Contracting.
Moreover, the construction will start from Oct and will be finished in the third quarter of the coming year, while the value of the deal is at OMR27.9mn.
In addition, the scope of work involve construction of main dairy farm, feeding center, milking parlous, staff accommodation and office buildings.
Meanwhile, the farm will have 25.000 cattle by 2026 and the firm anticipates that the first of the basic phase of 4.000 cows will start arriving at the farm by the coming year.
