Jordan- Gov't Bans 'Islamic Action Front' Silver Jubilee Celebration

AMMAN — AlGhad— Secretary General of the Islamic Action Front (IAF), Mohammad Zyoud, said that the Ministry of Interior, today, Sunday, has banned the IAF from holding their Silver Jubilee celebration. The 25-year anniversary celebration was supposed to be held at the Cultural Palace in Amman, and the IAF had formally submitted their request.
Regarding the ban, Zyoud said on Facebook that the Ministry's decision contradicts the spirit of the constitution.
