(MENAFN- Emirates News Agency (WAM)) The Dar Al Ber Society, DABS, in a bid to boost staff performance, has run an essential workshop on smart administrative management and planning skills at its headquarters on the Sheikh Zayed Road.
The intensive training course, held over three days, was attended by more than 20 employees from different departments and branches in Dubai, Ajman and Ras al-Khaimah under the supervision of the Performance Development Section of the HR Department.
Ahmed Ali Murad, Manager of the HR Department, said the programme, delivered by expert consultant Dr. Ahmed Mahmoud Noman, is part of a series of training courses launched this year in line with the directives of the senior management to develop standards and corporate performance.
"The course is meant to build up a strategic structure, spread the culture of smart planning, provide excellent services, and develop plans that meet the set objectives of the leading charity association in terms of quantity and time." "The workshop helps enlighten staff about future administrative planning, performance strategies, how to carry out a plan, the right planning procedures, techniques, benefits, as well as scientific and practical pillars," he added.
Murad stated that Dar Al Ber is all set to qualify and train its cadres through good planning as per the specifics of goal setting, using digital standards for a reasonable plan that can be measured, offering alternatives, depending on creativity and individuals' involvement in execution, and identifying ways of control.
"The final step is to lay out an action programme that best suits the strategy of the society in management by objectives, and setting its vision in view of a future concept it has been working for and seeking for over 35 years, and achieving the highest levels of production."
