UN SecretaryGeneral Arrives in Baghdad
(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Ghdad July 24 (QNA) - Secretary-General of the United Nations Ban Ki-moon arrived in Baghdad Thursday on an official visit to Iraq within his current tour of the region. The UN Secretary-General is scheduled to meet with a number of Iraqi officials as well as the religious authority Ali al-Sistani. During the visit Ban will discuss the repercussions of the Israeli aggression on Gaza and the political developments in Iraq including discussions among the political groups for forming a new government and the security situation.
