The country's national statistics bureau said Indonesia's imports were down 3.46 percent in the month reaching USD14.92 billion, while exports fell 5.7 percent to USD14.48 billion
Deputy statistic of production at the bureau said: "Our trade balance suffered from deficit of 430.6 billion U.S. dollar in January, but on volume it rose.
The country logged a trade surplus of USD50 million, USD776.8 million and USD1.52 billion in October, November and December, respectively
