(MENAFN) Oman's Premier Real Estate was announced to have begun working on its residential apartment project, Wardat Riyam, in Muscat at Mutrah Bay.
Premier Real Estate is considered as a major subsidiary of Al Yousef Group, which unveiled the luxury residential project.
Al Yousef Group revealed the project to be set up through two phases, with it covering more than a 6,700-sq-m area adjacent to Riyam Park.
The group further noted that the first phase including two buildings housing 36 premium apartments, a banquet hall and retail outlets.
