(MENAFN) Indian police have detained a college teacher in links with the "wedding bomb", which left a groom, who is a software engineer, dead and wounded his wife.
Police declared that Punjilal Meher was the victim's mother's co-worker in Orissa state.
They added that he decided on the crime after she got a promotion instead of him at their company.
The tragic murder case left the police with over 100 people to interview, as most of them were relatives and friends of the couple.
