(MENAFN) China has been struck with a protest organized by international students who oppose the decision of allowing President Xi Jinping to rule indefinitely.
Chinese students in countries that include the US, Australia and Argentina have launched a campaign under the name "not my president", not minding the threat of facing a penalty once back to China.
An Australian radio show has received a statement from protesting student, saying "we're facing retaliation from the Chinese Government once we're exposed because there'll be jail time without due process."
The student then noted "we're not Australian residents and we're definitely going to turn back to China and that's a huge security risk."
