Comey's tweet reads as follows "'the essence of immorality is the tendency to make an exception of myself.' Jane Addams (1860-1935)"
Trump's support of Roy Moore has been implied through a statement he said to reporters at the White House which was "we don't need a liberal person in there, a Democrat."
