Inflation rate in Abu Dhabi hits 2.1pct in H1
(MENAFN) The Statistics Centre-Abu Dhabi has issued its most recent statistical report on the consumer Price Index, which proclaimed that the relative of change in consumer prices was 1.8 percent in June this year.
Moreover, inflation reached 2.1 percent in the Jan-June period of this year, compared to the same period of last year.
Additionally, housing, water, elect, gas and other fuel category contributed 51.3 percent of the whole increase amid the first part of the year.
Accordingly, consumer prices of products bought by households in lower income category increased by 2.4 percent amid the first part of this year.
