(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Ahli United Bank bowling team have been champions of the 20th Bowling Championship organized by the Kuwait Banking Club at the COZMO bowling alley in Salmiya area. The Gulf Bank team came in second place and the Burgan Bank team in third. The championship was organized under the patronage of the Board Chairman of the Kuwait Banking Club Fadhel Abdul-Mandi.
Director General of the Kuwait Banking Club Abbas Al-Bloushi attended the event during which he praised the level of organization and the noble competitive spirit demonstrated by the participating teams. He expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the championship. In the trio category, the Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait team represented by Fareed Gabriel, Muhannad Ibrahim and Ahmad Omrani took fi rst place, followed by Ahli United Bank team comprising of Nasser Al-Ghadhban, Ali Hassan and Ibrahim Bo Safi in second place, and the Burgan Bank team, consisting of Faisal Al-Rumaideen, Firas Abdulwahab and Abdulkareem Koz, in third place.
The winner of the doubles category was the Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait team, consisting of Fred Gabriel and Muhannad Ibrahim, followed by Abdulkareem Koz and Faisal Al- Rumaideen from Burgan Bank in second place, and Abadar Dashti and Jose Reel from Gulf Bank in third place. Fred Gabriel from Al-Ahli Bank of Kuwait was crowned champion of the gentleman's competition. Second place went to Rami Al-Mudaf from Kuwait Industrial Bank and third place went to Faisal Al-Rumaideen from Burgan Bank
