BA jet change route to Vancouver over 'sick crew'

(MENAFN) A British Airways flight from San Francisco to London was diverted to Vancouver after members of the crew became ill, the airline says.

In detail, it added that "a number of cabin crew and two passengers" were being medically checked as a precaution.

The cause of the incident is unclear. Reports say the flight made an emergency landing in Vancouver on Monday night.

Images showed emergency vehicles surrounding the plane on the tarmac.
